Cultivating Inner Peace: A Mindfulness Series

We invite you to join us for a transformative six-week series designed to cultivate inner peace through mindfulness practices with Michelle Miller at Resonance Hot Yoga + Massage. This course is a beautiful opportunity to explore various techniques that foster tranquility and balance in our busy lives.

Throughout this series, you’ll engage in a variety of practices, including formal and informal meditation, mindful movement, journaling, group discussions, and experiential learning. Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your existing practice, this series is tailored for everyone seeking to ease stress and develop a daily meditation routine.

We believe in making mindfulness accessible to all. This course is offered on a donation basis, with a suggested donation of $15 per class. No one will be turned away for lack of funds. Your contributions support the continuation of these vital practices within our community.
