Join us at Resonance Hot Yoga + Massage for Breathe for Ease, a one-hour workshop exploring breath techniques to support mindfulness, stress relief, and overall well-being. Led by Michael Silverstone, this session will introduce simple yet powerful breathing patterns designed to enhance focus, improve sleep, and bring more ease into daily life.

Through guided practices like Coherence Breathing, Kapalabhati (energizing breath), the Physiological Sigh, and Non-Sleep Deep Rest, you’ll learn how to regulate your nervous system and cultivate a foundation of calm, resilience, and high performance. Whether you're looking to deepen your mindfulness practice, manage stress more effectively, or optimize your energy levels, this workshop will provide practical tools you can use anytime, anywhere.
