Warm + Gentle Flow

Foundations
Step onto your mat and into a journey of discovery with our Foundational Vinyasa Flow class. This class is meticulously designed for those who wish to deepen their understanding of the individual postures that compose the dynamic sequences of a regular Hot Vinyasa flow class. By moving at a deliberate pace, we offer an in-depth exploration of alignment, breath, and movement, laying the groundwork for a strong, informed, and sustainable practice.
Prenatal Yoga - COMING SOON
